This is a one sheet activity where students search for and circle (or color a light color) each addition fact. Then, they write the facts they find below. If students can are able to do both at the same time, you may want to suggest they write the facts as they are found.
In order to keep this fun activity at grade level, the facts are only from left to right and from top to bottom. Directly below the puzzle are two blanks with directions listed beside them. Students may color in the blanks to show what colors he or she will use to circle (or color) the addition facts.
If you ask students to color the facts, you may want to guide them into choosing two light colors, so you can still see the addition facts when you check their work.
